The local rails people hold
EVC Plus, Zaad, eDahab and Sahal are local mobile money services. They move value inside Somalia, and they are how a great many people hold and send money day to day. They are not the same thing as an account funding method at an offshore betting operator. Where a local wallet is not supported at the cashier, getting from that wallet to a betting balance would involve a third party conversion step, which introduces both cost and counterparty risk. Whether any given operator supports a local rail, and whether using it is permitted for you, are two separate questions and neither is answered on this page.

Currency: USD first, SOS only locally
Betting balances on the operators listed here are quoted in USD or in a crypto unit. The Somali shilling, SOS, is not an account currency at the operators we list. The practical model is dollars in and dollars out, with SOS relevant only on the local side if you are converting a shilling balance. This is the only page on the site where SOS is discussed, because it is the only page where it is relevant.
Crypto: the network must match exactly
- Read the network the cashier asks for and match it exactly. USDT exists on several networks and TRC20 is only one of them.
- Copy the deposit address from the cashier itself rather than from an email, a chat message or a screenshot.
- Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. A transfer sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address can be permanently lost, and neither we nor the operator can recover it.
- Network fees are set by the chain and change with demand, and some operators add their own charge. Read the figure shown at the time you transact rather than any number quoted elsewhere.
- If you are moving a meaningful amount, send a small amount first and confirm it credits before sending the rest.
USD card or bank transfer
If you hold an international card or a bank account that can send USD, some operators list card or transfer options at the cashier. Card issuers and banks apply their own rules to gambling merchants, so a payment may be declined for reasons that have nothing to do with the operator. Check the cashier for what is offered on your account, and check with your own bank or issuer about its policy.
Withdrawals
- Operators often require the withdrawal route to match the deposit route, so the method you fund with may be the method you are paid on. Check the terms.
